James has been in the Middle East since 1986 and has launched and worked on some of the biggest projects in the region with DWTC, Infocenter, International Trade and Development Group and more recently with Global Event Management. He has been responsible for introducing 1000’s of businesses to the region and helping them meet the right partners, investors and agents.
 
As the creator and founder of the World CEO Forum with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce 4 years ago, he was responding to the demand of the business community by creating a meeting place where business leaders from all over the world could meet, share views, ideas, business opportunities and get valuable advice on how to enter or expand in the GCC.
 
James has worked with all the UAE Chambers of Commerce, The Dubai Tourism and Commerce Board, the Economics departments, the DWTC and numerous other departments welcoming delegations from all over the World for the last 22 years.
 
The partnerships that have been formed with the CEO Clubs Worldwide, the British Business Clubs, the US Export Council and various embassies, Consulates and trade associations form the basis of business development in the region and the economic development Councils of various Gulf States have recognised his contribution to GCC Growth with a number of commendations throughout his time in the Gulf.
 
James also co-owns GEM, (Global Event Management) a live communications, experiential marketing and events company with Kristina Hall and Glen Davis, which stages local and international events, road-shows and conferences in more than 20 countries.
 
GEM also launched Vivid Event Services in 2008 offering spectacular structures/venues for a variety of events in the region.
 
Recent developments are a partnership with Raj Tents, the world’s number one company for VIP temporary structures and VIP designs for royal parties, weddings and VIP occasions.
